We are pleased to announce Matt Hasselbeck is joining the football coaching staff at Ensworth, serving as offensive coordinator with his brother and head coach, Tim Hasselbeck.
Matt played in the NFL as a quarterback for 18 years, most notably with the Seattle Seahawks, where he spent most of his career. He led Seattle to six playoff appearances and the Seahawks' first Super Bowl appearance in 2005. He was selected to three Pro Bowls and played for the Green Bay Packers, Tennessee Titans, and Indianapolis Colts. From Matt Hasselbeck: "I have loved coaching high school football for the past two years, and I am looking forward to returning to Nashville in a similar role. Our family absolutely loved our Ensworth experience when we were with the Tennessee Titans, and we look forward to this opportunity to rejoin the Ensworth community."
From Head Coach Tim Hasselbeck: "It's a great day to be an Ensworth Tiger with the announcement that Matthew Hasselbeck will join our program to serve as our Offensive Coordinator.
