• Cross Country Interest Meeting

  There will be an Interest Meeting (for current Ensworth grade 9-11 students) in the Performance Gym on Thursday, May 9th from 12:40pm to 1:00pm.  If you are unable to attend but would like information regarding the 2024 Boys' Cross Country season please email head coach, Bobby Mirzaie, at mirzaieb@ensworth.com.

  All students interested in running cross country are encouraged to attend summer workouts starting May 28. Additional information regarding summer workouts and the summer cross country schedule can be found on the Boys' Cross Country information page.

  Preseason Practices—meet outside the wrestling room doors of the EAC 
  
  

  • Week of July 29-August 2 (Monday-Friday)—7:00AM - 8:30AM
  • Week of August 5-9 (Monday-Friday)—7:00AM-8:30AM
  • Week of August 12-16 (Start of school week)—TB
  • Practice times once school begins—3:40PM-5:10PM
