• Cross Country Interest Meeting

  There will be an Interest Meeting (for current Ensworth grade 9-11 students) in the Performance Gym on Thursday, May 9th from 12:40pm to 1:00pm.  If you are unable to attend but would like information regarding the 2024 Girls' Cross Country season please email head coach, Oscar Salazar, at salazaro@ensworth.com.

  All students interested in running cross country are encouraged to attend summer workouts starting May 28. Additional information regarding summer workouts can be found on the Girls' Cross Country information page.  
  
  

  Starting on Tuesday, June 4th, the team will have organized team runs on Tuesdays and  Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 AM with a potential for a Saturday practice if there is enough interest. Runners will meet in front of the Elcan Athletic Center (EAC).

  • Tuesday, June 11; Thursday, June 13; Saturday June 15
  • Tuesday, June 18; Thursday, June 20; Saturday June 22

  
  Monday, June 24th - Sunday, July 7th: TSSAA Dead Period. No team summer workouts. You are encouraged to keep training/running on your own.
